4. I live in Ireland and I like your products very much. How much do you charge for shipping?
We ship our products internationally. International shipping charges are based on the amount of your order. The shipping charge is an estimate of average shipping cost to foreign countries. We only charge you the actual shipping cost plus cost for packaging material. We do not make money on shipping. In very few cases, the actual shipping may cost much more than we charge in which case we will notify foreign customers about the increased shipping charge before we mail the package.
5. I placed an order today. I want to have it mailed by FedEx 2nd Day. How do I do that and how much more will it cost?
You can indicate your special shipping request in the comment box at the end of checkout. We will review the comment of every order to check for any special request. After we receive your order, we will inform you the extra cost for expedited delivery service by either emailing or calling you.

No, we do not have a minimum requirement any merchandise. You may even order one piece of pendant that is $0.99 if we have one online.
7. I am a jewelry designer and have a resale license. I want to buy beads and pendants from you online. How do I get the wholesale prices?
The prices on our website are already wholesale. They are about 20% - 50% lower than retail prices. Since most of our beading customers are jewelry designers, we publish the wholesale prices on our website. If you order frequently from us, we will give further discount based on your order amount.
8. Do I have to select a length for each necklace?
If you do not select a length, we will have your necklace made as it is. (normally in 17 inches).
9. If I am not satisfied with the product I bought, can I return it?
